Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has reportedly pulled retired General Mark Milley's security detail and ordered the Department of Defense IG to convene a board to determine if grounds exist to reduce Milley in rank for actions that "undermine the chain of command" during President Donald Trump's first term.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth will announce he is "immediately pulling" retired Gen. Mark Milley's personal security detail and security clearance, multiple senior administration officials tell Fox News.

The secretary is also directing the new acting Inspector General to conduct a review board to determine if enough evidence exists for Gen. Milley to be stripped of a star in retirement based on his actions to "undermine the chain of command" during President Donald Trump's first term, officials say.

The case to reduce Milley to three-star rank would hinge of how the IG, and later Hegseth, views Milley's actions to 1) call out the National Guard for the January 6 speech and the burning of parts of DC during the George Floyd Memorial riots, 2) calling Trump "fascist to the core!" in an interview he gave to Bob Woodward while Trump was still president, and 3) the infamous incident where he called "Chinese counterpart on two occasions in the final months of Trump's first term, warning him the U.S. military had no plans to strike China in a bid to avert tensions between nuclear-armed countries."

At the very least it was insubordination but more likely treason with the China phone call but treason is irrelevant in today’s America regardless of who’s running it.

This was just awful. He stabbed America in the back with this one. And this is what we know of so FAR.

“U.S. General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called General Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army on Oct. 30, 2020 - four days before the election - and again on Jan. 8, two days after Trump supporters led a deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol, the newspaper reported.

In the calls, Milley sought to assure Li the United States was stable and not going to attack and, if there were to be an attack, he would alert his counterpart ahead of time, the report said.”

Demoting him?

Milley committed acts of espionage, sedition and treason.

He should be indicted and tried for these capital offenses.

Easy to do, recall him to active duty and court marshal him. The pre-emptive pardon he received would not protect him there.

This is firing squad territory.

“if there were to be an attack, he would alert his counterpart ahead of time, the report said.”

If true, diabolical treason.

Milley never dreamed that he would be in the position he is in now, along with many others.

What if one of Xi’s generals had done that? Something to ponder.

Treason. Isn’t that a hang-by-the-neck-until-dead thing?

*****I******* felt personally betrayed!!!!

I can’t imagine how President Trump felt, knowing this traitor probably had the full support of so many in his admin.

He is a traitor consorting with the enemy and should be treated as such. There should be some CRIMES that are NOT allowed to be pardoned by a POTUS.

Bidens pardons need to be overturned. F- him and his GD diapers.

“Milley never dreamed that he would be in the position he is in now, along with many others.”

Some of the “many others” include the sadistic prison guards and wardens involved with the J6 POWs. They actually thought they’d never have to pay the piper — would just skate through the rest of their lives escaping justice. Guess they truly believed PDJT wouldn’t win the election.

Regardless of the potential for him to lost one grade in rank, having his clearance pulled does far more damage to him.

People like him (Brennan, Hayes, Comey et al) make their retirement money from CONSULTING for the very agencies they left. Consulting contracts to government ICs via some subcontractor already in contract with the entity who hire them. They cannot work there as a consultant without a clearance - they lose influence and the number of projects on which they could work (unclassified) are damned few.

Traitomilley’s dropping in rank should be followed by a quick stop.

“Demoting him?”

A general losing a star is reason enough for them to eat their service weapon. It removes their dignity and is the ultimate insult. No need to try them in a court of law. Demotion is enough.

PDJT has used a border emergency.
Milley n Vindman Brothers need to be recalled to active service, stationed on Adak Island to monitor for Russian invasion of Alaska.

Yes, yiou are cporrect. But Milley is merely the tip of a rotten poisoinous spear.

We need to roll up his inner network. Only way to do that is to investigate him amd try him.

Use military intelligence officers to get the job done and then recall him to active duty and courtmarshall him.

We need to get rid of his running dogs, and him. And have a deterrent.
