Mark Milley Is Getting Hit Hard by Pete Hegseth From Three Different Angles
Discern Report ^ | January 28, 2025 | Publius

Posted on 01/28/2025 9:14:10 PM PST by E. Pluribus Unum

Retired General Mark Milley’s security detail and clearance are being revoked by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to multiple senior administration officials who spoke to Fox News. This decision follows concerns over actions Milley took which undermined the military’s chain of command during Donald Trump’s first presidency.

The move also involves the removal of a second portrait of Milley from the Pentagon, located in the Army’s Marshall Corridor, which honors his tenure as the Army’s Chief of Staff. This action is set to take place as soon as tonight, leaving no portraits of Milley within the building.

With President Trump’s new policies, it makes sense to explore moving portions of wealth or retirement to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The new BlockTrust IRA is easy whether someone is new to crypto or an experienced trader. Learn more today.

The first portrait of Milley was taken down from the Pentagon on Inauguration Day, shortly after President Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

The Pentagon’s Acting Inspector General has been instructed to conduct a review to decide if there is sufficient evidence to demote Milley by removing one of his stars in retirement. This review will focus on actions Milley took that were perceived to challenge the established command structure during Trump’s tenure.

Milley, who served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under both Trump and Biden, has been at the center of political controversy. Bob Woodward’s book “Peril” detailed Milley’s concerns about Trump’s mental stability and his control over nuclear weapons. Milley was praised by Trump for his role in the successful operation against ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi before the general’s duplicity was made known.

Furthermore, Woodward and Costa’s “Peril” highlighted Milley’s private communications with his Chinese counterpart to assure there were no plans for an attack from the U.S., aiming to de-escalate tensions during a volatile time.

The controversy extends beyond Milley; Trump has also revoked security clearances for 51 intelligence officials who signed a letter discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop story.

The decision to pull security from Milley and other former Trump aides coincides with threats from Iran following the assassination of Qasem Soleimani, a drone strike ordered by Trump in 2020. This has led to discussions on the implications of such removals, with Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Tom Cotton suggesting a revisit of the decision regarding the security details for former officials like John Bolton and Mike Pompeo.

This action by the Pentagon signifies a new era of accountability within the Department of Defense under Trump’s leadership, as articulated by an anonymous senior administration official to Fox News.

Traitor.
Give him the military punishment he has earned by his treasonous and insubordinate communicators with an enemy of the USA.

If it is too delicate and sensitive, then hire operatives to do the job.

No mercy.
No forgiveness.

Th3se woke commanders were all so smug thinking that they could defy their commander in chief, and while dems held majority they got away with it, but they had to know that someday their actions would come home to hurt their careers- and that what they were promoti ng was detrimental to the military readiness and fitness as one of the greatest military on earth.

Sad that they were all so woke and so virulently opposed to the one commander in chief who really loves this country and wants nothing but the best for it. Their hatred for president Trump borders on demonic hatred of what is good and decent

Hope Pete really focuses in on the fact that the wokeness that Miller and his ilk were promoting were detrimental to troop strength and readiness and actuslly put our nation and the mi,itsry itself in more danger beczuse of it. Pete is all about strength and fitness for the military- I just wish our commanders had the same winning attitude and pride for the military- it’s just a sad state of affairs what the military sunk tO with such woke commanders all promoted by liberals that truly do hate our nation and all the good it stands for

Milley’s reputation will be in tatters when Pete’s done with him. He will be remembered as small, petty, and corrupt.

Well, he clearly conspired with Pelosi, Pence and McConnell.
It’s beyond doubt that he ordered the military to refuse any orders from Trump, the President, unless HE approved them.
He illegally inserted himself into the nuclear launch chain of command.
And last but not least, he openly says he opened an unauthorized back channel to the leader of the Red Chinese Army and promised he would give them advance warning if an American military attack was coming.

He is a traitor.

I remember a certain MacArthur v Truman dust-up which resulted in the validation of civilian authority over the military
