US Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) sent “The View” host Sunny Hostin into a tizzy Monday when he asserted that President Trump’s New York City “hush money” trial had been politically motivated.
Appearing on the far-left ABC chat show in his trademark hoodie, Fetterman started out by covering a wide range of topics with the hosts, from Hunter Biden to Trump’s pardon of the Jan. 6 rioters.
The first-term senator had already rankled his fellow Democrats by visiting Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate earlier this month — a meeting he called “overall, a positive experience” on “The View,” adding that he felt the president was “kind” and “cordial” during their hourlong conversation.
While discussing Hunter Biden on the show, Fetterman then let slip that he believed Trump’s widely publicized Manhattan trial — in which he was given a no-penalty sentence Jan. 10 — was more about politics than the facts of the case.
“I’m on record criticizing, going after Hunter Biden. And I also agree that the [Trump hush-money] trial in this city, in New York, was politically motivated,” Fetterman said.
“That wouldn’t otherwise have been prosecuted if it was someone else,” he said, noting he was “all about delivering second chances.”
Hostin, through thinly veiled outrage, held Fetterman’s feet to the fire over his assertion.
“Just for clarification: Did you mean that the 34-count case in which Donald Trump was found guilty of various financial crimes was politically motivated here in New York?” the former prosecutor asked.

FTA-——Fetterman insisted it was “inappropriate” anytime the “judicial system gets weaponized” and “targets enemies for political [gain], b/c the judicial system has to remain impartial. That’s really the cornerstone of our society,” he said.
Fetterman isn’t the only Democrat to argue that lefty Bragg’s case against Trump was politically motivated. Andrew Cuomo told “Real Time with Bill Maher,” “If his name was not Donald Trump and if he wasn’t running for president-—— that case never would have been brought.”
Joe Biden falsely claimed his son was “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted” so he needed a pardon.
However, his corrupt son wasn’t unfairly targeted.
Hunter broke the law—plain and simple.

Hunter’s pardon protected Biden himself from accountability for the Biden Crime
Family’s corruption, pedaling Biden’s influence to foreigners needing a favor.
Biden pardoned Hunter of all crimes, known or unknown, from January 1, 2014.
Not coincidentally, 2014 was the year Hunter started “working” as a million dollar a year board member at Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma’s first outside board member.
Hunter’s corrupt global influence-peddling of his father was well known. When foreign figures were giving him millions of dollars, Hunter admits to breaking the law, that he was a crack addict and alcoholic, writing in his book that “Drinking a quart of vodka a day by yourself in a room is absolutely, completely debilitating” as was “smoking crack around the clock.”
Yet Hunter was not some hapless junkie in Times Square snatching purses to feed his addiction.

Hunter got sweetheart deals that kept him in hookers and blow. Hunter pled guilty to tax evasion

flag. Trump needs to determine if Biden put Hunter, drjill, and

They make the Clinton Crime Family look like amateurs. However I do not think Joe himself is orchestrating all of this considering his dementia. IMO the most evil one is Jill followed by Hunter with assistance from the Deep State.

I was appalled that Fetterman not only ran for Senate, but that he won without being able to articulate nearly any stance.
I find it telling that even though he was nearly unable to put a sentence together, he comes across as seemingly the most intelligent Democrat Senator in Congress.
What a farce.
He’s a good actor.
I personally don’t trust him any more than any other Democrat, but he can at least have something like that exit his pie-hole once in a while.

I will admit, he never had a male father figure to look up to, only a grifting flim-flam man, who happened to be his handler.

Let’s go another route. He ran for Senate with a severe head injury. The fact he couldn’t string a sentence together was very disturbing, but Biden already set the precedent.

Your missing a VERY IMPORTANT REVELATION.
This week the DOJ admitted they had Hunter Biden signatures on the documents that defrauded a native American tribe of 60 million dollars. Hunter Biden’s business partners served TIME for this crime. These documents have been in the SEC and DOJ possession for YEARS, and only came to light after a Presidential pardon.
The DOJ is corrupt, to the very core, and all those involved with the prosecution and hiding those documents should serve Hunter Biden’s time. That signature, may have been used by his two partners to defend themselves. Thus they denied them potential Brady material.
Rare to see a Democrat politician telling the truth nowadays. It’s not the party of Harry Truman, Scoop Jackson, and JFK any more.

FTA——Hunter Biden is once again embroiled in criminal controversy as newly surfaced bank records and corporate documents link him to a fraudulent bond transaction involving Burnham Asset Management, a scheme to defraud the Oglala Sioux Native American tribe out of tens of millions of dollars.
Hunter’s former business partners, Devon Archer and Jason Galanis, were convicted for misappropriating funds meant for the tribe. The multi-million-dollar securities fraud scheme, saw Biden’s business partners arrested and convicted while Hunter, himself, avoided accountability.
Tribal law is distinct from federal Indian law, which governs the relationship between tribes and the federal and state governments
Tribal law can also apply to non-Natives who affect the health, safety, and welfare of the tribe and tribal members.
Uncle Festerman is Deep State.
I don’t know the law here, since Tribes are under the bureau of indian affairs, they technically are still federal. Joe Biden and his merry band of democrats controlled ‘global warming’ by preventing drilling on indian land because it was federal. Hunter would therefore be protected from Federal Crimes, and the tribe could do nothing unless he returned to reservation land. I don’t have the experience to know if he can be held accountable here.
What I do know is that the DOJ had the information for nearly a decade and obviously withheld it from the public and his partners during discovery (or we would have already seen it in public).
Says a LOT about his constituency.
