Excellent.
Imagine having a president who actually FIXES things.
I wonder if they receive time served toward retirement for the three to four years they were separated. Do those years still count toward retirement, even though they were not eligible for promotion during that separation period?
This is the most justified outcome.
I’m not sure if such an EO would put these people back on active duty or not. I would think most have moved on with what they do for work. They had no choice. Some may not wish to return to active status, but definitely want the back pay
More excellent!
What type of discharge did these folks receive?
Winning!
Doing the right thing!
General Lloyd Austin will read all about this, and be furious. “All my good work, is now being dismantled! Maybe I need to call Mr. Trump, and directly give him a piece of my mind!!”
Good on Trump! Another promise kept.

How about promotions?? I mean, they lost at least two years to four years worth of promotions. For most service members, that is at least one promotion.
Do they have to accept in order to get their back pay? Some may have jobs they don’t want to give up after all this time. Keep reading right. ๐๐
Good move.

I think each one should be promoted one grade as well. For those that would have been “automatically” promoted two grades, such as O1 to O3 or E1 to E3 or E2 to E4, they should receive those promotions for 30 days each followed by one more promotion. The 30 days is to allow them to enjoy it; throw a party, sew on stripes, allow paperwork to go through, update service records, etc.
I love the idea these members would then have a nice big chip on their shoulder about it all and they are a higher rank.
YAY!!!
What about apologies and compensation to the ones who were relentlessly persecuted and threatened with court martial for resisting the jab by legal means?
Federal Judge BANS TRUMP REINSTATMENT of military members who were discharged for refusing COVID-19 shot.It could happen . . .
