If all annexed territory is conceded as part of the Russian Federation and NATO withdraws from Ukraine, the war will be over.
On Wednesday, Biden had predicted Russia would invade Ukraine, but suggested there was a split among NATO members about how to respond if Moscow took action that stopped short of sending its troops across the border — something Biden referred to as a “minor incursion.” He said:
“I think what you’re going to see is that Russia will be held accountable if it invades. And it depends on what it does. It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do.”

If Trump makes a public reassurance that Ukraine will never be admitted to NATO, then this war would quickly end.Try to understand the Russian perspective. When Lithuiana, a former part of the USSR, The Russians began to feel very vulnerable. During WW II, Germany controlled Lithuiania and that resulted in huge casualties and strategic difficulties for Russia.Ukraine as a part of NATO would be an even greater long term threat especially if NATO were to fortify it. Putin made a huge catostrophic mistake with this invasion, but he did not do it alone. The upper echolons of the Russian military and security experts supported this ill fated war.
