Nonsense. Gays were known historically in Thailand before any western period. They were not usually plentiful but existed and even noted in royal murals. Thailand actually, initially, became more sexually conservative due to rising influence of westerners from Europe.

FYI mongoose always wins fight but eventually dies of poisoning. Organizers provided roasted cobra during the fights. Tasted like chicken.
