People With HIV Report Roadblocks to Joining the Military, Despite Court Rulings in Their Favor

Last August, a federal judge ruled that Americans living with HIV who maintain an undetectable viral load can enlist in the U.S. Armed Services, thus striking down a long-running and discriminatory ban. However, as NBC News reports this week, several people with HIV say they’ve been prohibited from enlisting or have faced roadblocks.

What’s more, advocates are concerned that the Biden administration did not move fast enough to ensure the implementation of the judge’s ruling and has likely left the issue in the hands of the incoming Trump team, which has already signaled its hostility to LGBTQ service members.

One thing HIV people trying to enter the military are looking for is perpetual free taxpayer funded medical care and drugs for their condition

Until Trump got elected, they also got their "sex transition" surgery on the government dime, in the $100's of thousands in "treatment" and lifelong mitigation of these "treatments." It's a major grift for the mentally ill.

What you said, plus move to quarantine blood supply into categories. NO mRNA, no cancer, and no Venereal diseases. Only disease free, including cancer should be used on people.

This is why there should be no gay, lesbian, bi, trannie or AIDS patients in the military. In a war zone, you need healthy people, because at any point in time they may need to donate blood to save a buddy.
