Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that once people are granted pardons, they can be compelled to testify because they face no legal risk for the crimes they are testifying about. Pardoning his family may make them his most hostile witnesses because they would face possible perjury charges if they provide false testimony. They could be put in the spot where later they will have to say "Sorry, Joe but I didn't have any other option. Should have pardoned yourself on the way out."
Force the crooks to testify and catch a lot of the little fish feeding in the waters. That is what the DOJ did to Trump’s associates.
He didn’t pardon Jill Biden?
Did Biden ever pardon Mayorkas, Garland or Jack Smith???
<>but Biden is not Mentally fit<>
True, but the accused needn’t testify against themselves.
Would his lawyers actually move to show he was a vegetable before 2020?
“The pardons were a remarkable coda”
That’s one way to put it.
Since he pardoned his whole family, they can’t be coerced into testifying against him, so who else is there that can? Nobody I can think of.
That leaves lots of the grandchildren exposed if it is accurate. If that is the case it’s bad news for the Biden Crime family.
The enemy’s within are the most dangerous.
Can you plead the 5th after receiving a pardon?
Will the pardon cover future perjury?
No and No
Actually, I’d think that since his family has been pardoned, and he didn’t pardon himself, they could charge him with sedition by selling US out to Ukraine and China and taking bribes from many others. The family members could be compelled to testify as they no longer have a right to take the 5th amendment as they can not be charged with a crime. Then when they lie in their testimony that may be able to be charged with perjury under oath that is unless Biden pardoned them for ANY crime they may commit in the future. I’m shocked he didn’t pardon himself. But then he’s too senile to stand trial so there is that !!!
