It seems that lgtbq folk are incompatible with normal folk. While people without deviant sex habits are expected to govern with pure intentions toward all Americans, a fair expectation from lgbtq personnel only needs to satisfy those with the same mentality.

Just connect the dots. Democratic base includes CaCaLand’s share of the 30M with IQ < 85 ( a value so low it is against the law to induct into the Army). Demo party, as the former owners of all US slaves, misses the ability to bully people like their ancestors did. So, they go on a racist repression rampage. This puts them into permanent power in CaCaLand gov’mt.

So, they enact DEI, which like AffirmativeAction, is totally racist and based upon hatred and envy. This results in disqualification of anyone who even so much as mentions merit; or complains about standards being dropped to allow use of losers.
It is impossible that this does not lead to any number of disasters.
Virtue Signaling is expensive.
It happens everywhere where gays are put in charge. Look at the entertainment industry, airline attendants and in our schools.

I doubt any of the three Kristens (paramedics all) have any actual experience fighting a real fire or even “leading” real firefighters on a fire field.

When your home is burning to the ground it’s important that the fire people that respond look like the homeowners.

There was a caller on my local radio station - a homeowner in Pacific Palisades - who watched the fire start on the hill that was later declared as the origin of the fire - he immediately called it in at 9 PM - said helicopters and fire trucks didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM - he watched as the fire spread. We had high winds in LA that day so it didn’t take long.
I wonder if the fire dept. had been more responsive, if that fire could have been put out quickly.
I live in the foothills not too far away - with its own fire department, Thank God. We had an arson-set fire a day after the Palisades fire started, in the tinder-box dry hills. The local fire department was all over it and it was quelled within a few hours, despite high winds.
Didn’t Adam Corolla say something about nine lesbians running the county?
Teaching, policing, and firefighting are all honorable professions.
But in this present time why would any honorable decent person want to enter one of those professions when they would be taking orders from folk who hold the position of authority over them not on their professional competence, but the politics of DEI?
