Presidential vacations are meaningless words IMHO. Doesn’t matter where the President is located, the communications networks are in place to continue the job.
But in Biden’s case it does not matter whether he’s in the white house or other, his handlers are directing the presidency.
One thing for certain is that the Bimbo vp is not running the country. The country is being run by ultra liberal billionaires and their Democrat bought and paid for elected pawns. Our vp is China.

Biden is just existing, not making any decisions. It doesn’t matter where his carcass is physically located, but it’s the extreme expense of hauling it around that is a waste. 23 days and a wakeup.

Biden always said that the reason he ran in 2020 was to get Trump out of office.
Before he was inaugurated he achieved his goal. He could do anything in office he wanted, lots of vacation and lots of the terrible policies that he believed in.
Biden can hardly talk. Whoever supports him within his family to continue, should take the blame. He should have stepped down but he can also hardly walk.
Congress averages 146 working days a calendar year. Just sayin.
