Yes. My husband died in January. I had lunch with his sister, and will have lunch with friends tomorrow. But tonight, it’s just me and the pets.

I will take the time to dwell on the blessings we have through Christ Jesus. God bless you and have a good Christmas.

My husband died in January.

God bless you!

I lost my wife two years ago after 50-plus years. She was my rock. Quite an empty life with her not here.

Christmas with her was an over-the-top family production. I miss it with great sadness -- but I am so deeply thankful for all the Christmases we had. Sadly, memories are all that's left now.

She's with God now and probably decorating the tree for Him :-). They are both with me in spirit all the time, and I look forward to the day I can join her again in eternity. Till then, I'll muddle through.

Merry Chrismas.

My husband passed 10.29.22. I know what you mean about reflection, and thankful for the 38 years we had together. Spending tomorrow with his family and our kids, grand kids. Tonight, just me and the dog.

Merry Christmas.
