Though they claim to stand for the little guy, pro-crime progressives are making life worse for low-wage workers everywhere: Witness the latest development from America’s theft-slammed retail sector — Walmart testing out bodycams for employees.
The idea is to get “unruly” customers on tape, presumably both as a deterrent and as legal butt-covering in case things go south.
This comes after retail outlets large and small have moved to locking up some, most or all of their items to guard against theft.
And after a raft of high-profile stories of employees — remember, these are people earning very little, with no significant job protection — getting killed or injured in efforts to stop theft.
In other words, the laws beloved of woke lefties everywhere — laws meant to hamstring police and coddle criminals — are working as intended: hobbling cops and protecting criminals, while sending a clear message to law-abiding citizens to sit on their hands and do nothing.

We need body cams for federal workers. You know — the ones working from home.
There’s a Walmart not too far from me - which if I go on a busy Saturday or holiday shopping day, I’m almost guaranteed to see a fight (usually women) or some other spectacle.
As such, I understand why their employees would want body cams.
Walmart will be the next Service Merchandise.
Walk into the restroom, distracted, come out and it hits you.....
