Dominick the Donkey?
My least favorite Christmas song is all of them by the time Christmas is over. However, I'm probably most happy about not having to hear Little Drummer Boy and Jingle Bell Rock for a year.
A huge chunk of “Christmas” songs were written by Jews.
“Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire” by Mel Torme
“Let it Snow” by Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne
“Santa Baby” by Joan Javits and Phil Springer
“It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by George Wyle and Eddie Pola
“Silver Bells” by Ray Evans and Jay Livingston
“White Christmas” by Irving Berlin
“Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “A Holly, Jolly Christmas,” and “Silver and Gold” by Johnny Marks
“Walkin’ In a Winter Wonderland” by Felix Bernard and Richard B. Smith
“Sleigh Ride” by Mitchell Parish
“Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” by J. Fred Coots
“Home for the Holidays” by Robert Allen and Al Stillman
There are more...
Little Drummer Boy is just silly.
Why would Mary want her newborn infant son to be kept awake by a drummer, especially one whose talent is so lacking as a percussionist that he needs the ox and lamb to keep time?
Geez.
Two of my favorites: Yingle Bells, and I Yust go nuts at Christmas, by Yogi Yorgenson.
the worst is Do they know it’s Christmas? followed by the Little Drummer Boy. and I always enjoy All I want for Xmas is You.
The one by John Lennon is even worse, won’t type that title!
I can’t think of any other Christmas songs that bother me, just those two.
Favorite — they’re all good but O Holy Night is my #1 for the wrong reason (because I sing and I’m great at OHN).
For humor, there’s Geoff Castellucci’s “Blue Christmas.” I’m a fan of GC, very partial to deep bass.

Can’t stand her ‘singing’
12 Days of Christmas...Dislike that one the most
LOVE, “Jolly Old St. Nicholas”
A sentimental old favorite from San Diego FM Sam Bass days is Nana Moskouris's version of "Old Toy Trains"

Favourite - toughie.
Perhaps Jona Lewie, Stop the Cavalry (inspired by the Crimean war and written as fears of nuclear war were increasing).
I can’t even name any Christmas numbers since Leona Lewis’ “One more sleep” in 2013 - which isn’t bad.
For most hated, I’ll go with Cliff Richard, “The millennium prayer.” For years he only did Christmas songs and boy, that one was the most cringeworthy. It scored an Ivor Novello for sales and came second in an “all-time worst singles” list.
My mom was a huge Cliff fan but even she winced when it came on the radio. If you want a rendition of the Lord’s Prayer that actually works, I vote Christopher Tin’s Baba Yetu.
Oh yeah, most hated, I forgot “Dominic the donkey”
Like: anything by Gary Howey. His Christmas albums rock. He’s a guitar god, all instrumental.
Please Come Home for Christmas- Don Henley
Blue Christmas by Elvis.
The Grinch.
All classis Christmas songs.
HATE: Springsteen crap. Lennin and McCartney, but love their regular stuff.
Felis navidad.
I kind of like The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don’t Be Late), but I agree that the best thing about Christmas music is when they quit playing it after Christmas.
Even Bob and Doug McKenzie's version?
Ever heard the Bob Seger version? If there is a ‘constipated’ version of any song of any genre this is it.
after all these decades you would think they could find another Hispanic song to play.
