(CNN) — Weeks of mysterious drone sightings across New Jersey are prompting heightened security concerns – and mounting frustrations – from residents, military personnel and federal, state and local officials.
While the state’s governor says there’s no threat to public safety, other state officials and local mayors are alarmed.
“I’m legitimately concerned for what the hell is going on because nobody knows,” state Assemblyman Brian Bergen told CNN affiliate News 12 New Jersey after a briefing at state police headquarters on Wednesday.
“We are literally being invaded by drones. We have no idea who is doing it and where they’re coming from,” Pequannock Mayor Ryan Herb told the station after the briefing.
We need to take a slow down. If Trump is not worried and raising hell then we are fine. He has been briefed for sure.
These are out of DC restaurants practicing on delivering food to the Republicans once they take over DC. LOL.
This morning on fox kilmeade had a “drone expert” on and they were outside showing the different types of drones.
The “expert” basically said what people are seeing are conventional aircraft or drones their neighbors are sending up to look for the mystery drones so there is no need for concern.
Naturally being outside it attracted a crowd off the street and at the end of the segment kilmeade asked the crowd if they were interested in this story and they yelled “YES!”......Then he asked if they were worried about the mystery drones and they all yelled “YES!”.
One morning news commentator suggested that this is a prank by entitled MIT students. I could almost believe that.
Remember the craze of the “creepy clowns” in public prank a few years ago? That was college students.
This drone story is nothing but a govt. distraction. Look Here!, Look Here!, SQUIRREL! What are they doing they don’t want us to notice?

It seems that the drones are appearing in coastal areas. Are they being seen in areas like Oklahoma or Nebraska?

The pentagon statement that these are manned aircraft being legally flown doesn’t hold water. Wouldn’t a legally flown plane have to file a flight plan and communicate with air flight controllers? So what is the answer? These are apparently large drone type aircraft so not very likely the work of teenage pranksters or even drone hobby flyers. Given their size and complexity they are either flown by governments, military or some large corporation as these are the only ones likely to have access to this technology. The Biden Administration is either clueless about these drones and who is flying them or knows the details and isn’t telling us.
This is so reminiscent of the Chinese spy balloon that wasn’t acknowledged by the Biden Administration until civilians began noticing it and publishing photos in social media. Even then the Biden Administration was loath to shoot it down because of fears it might fall on a populated area …total poppycock as that balloon was initially over scarcely populated areas. Biden allowed the Chinese spy ballon to loiter over the heartland of the US including military installations and did nothing until it had accomplished its nefarious mission.
They are crowd-counting drones being tested the MSM to be used to discredit the size of Trump’s inauguration crowd.
What’s the problem? The drones are flying with their blinking anti-collision lights on, and their red on the port side and green on the starboard lights.
It’s the ones flying around without lights on that should be a concern. Of course, if we can’t see them we have no idea how many are flying around at any one time.
I still haven’t seen a picture of any of these things. Where are all of those obsessed geeks who land on things like this and go out of their way to capture a video or picture?
Shoot a laser from a laser pointer at one of these things and you will find out REAL FAST who owns it or who is flying it.
I’m being to think it’s DARPA, because nobody is doing anything about them.
Stellantis invested in Archer Aviation, a company that makes car/bus sized piloted electric “drones” to carry people 30-50 miles quickly. The Air Force already announced that it would be testing these machines. The Jersey drones have been seen mainly near Air Force facilities. The drones have FAA appropriate signal lights, which foreign drones or aliens would not.
These are Archer air taxis undergoing government testing.
