Jacob asked that I let this group know of his passing. Jacob was one of the strongest and bravest persons I have ever known. He chose to be the first autistic person to have a double lung transplant at Henry Ford Hospital so that he could contribute to helping others as well as having an extra 16 months of life.
Jacob passed peacefully on 10/6/24 with his family at his side. It brought him great joy to see all the responses and kindness expressed in support for him in this difficult time. He was one of a kind and is greatly missed. Thank you for being a part of his world.

I kept praying for ya man. The race is done.
Now I continue to pray for the souls in purgatory.
