Happens to me all the time..................
That’s attempted assassination, with the NY Rep as an accessory. They can both be bankrupted and forced to endure trials for the next 2-4 years.
Four magazines, 11 rounds????
He “forgot.”
Well, then, it’s ok. Just don’t let it happen again.
Hey, Joe!
Democrat Morelle, the news source did say,
Had a staffer named Hopkins in the Capitol one day;
Hopkins brought with him some gun magazines,
And some ammo in his bag—oh what a scene!
Morelle, Morelle, Morelle, Morelle,
What are your plans for your staffer? Do tell!
Testing the system? Trying to sneak in ammo for use at a later date?
There are these and a few other questions I would like answers to here.
Hidden someplace inside that building is a pistol that matches the calibre of that ammo...
Happened to a third-generation Eagle Scout client of mine at the San Antonio airport. He had put his carry weapon in his rucksack when he drove to visit his mom and forgot to take it out when he left on a TDY. Federal arrest, charge dropped when they believed his story, but I still had to work to keep his security clearance.
Also happened to me, same airport, I was carrying a ruck that had 5 shotgun shells in it (box spilled in the coat closet and I didn’t notice). I think my “Oh, shit!” convinced the TSA guy it was unintentional. He said, “Well, what do you want me to do with them?” I said to get rid of them, he said okay, that was it (except for the ass-chewing from The Colonel’s Wife after we got to the gate. What can I say, she’s often right!).
Once he's in the Cannon HOB, isn't there a myriad of tunnels and destinations in the Capitol complex where he could bring that contraband. And would that be potentially without additional detector checkpoints?
While it’s always fun to see democrats caught up in BS of their own manufacture, in actuality every one of the gun laws he supposedly broke is patently unconstitutional. He’s a dumbass for using his range bag for work in a secure building but this really shouldn’t rate anything more than a “sir, we’ll keep this until you leave, pick it up on your way out”.
How did I know it would be a Dem staffer?
This guy brought more ammunition into the Capitol then all of the J6ers combined
I’ll just ask it:
WHO was the ammo intended for?
There was a case of a man driving through DC and stopped for a traffic violation. The DC cops arrested him when they found ONE ROUND in his car.
I expect that since this man was a dem staffer, the case will fizzle after going to court. Probably just a fine.
Well, when someone puts his own bag through the X-ray scanner, I’m inclined to believe he had forgotten about it.
The story says he didn’t have a registration permit for the gun. A possible loose end is whether he was lawfully registered in Virginia or Maryland, where he might live, but doesn’t have a DC registration. That happens all the time when suburban commuters forget about what they have in the trunk and then get into a traffic stop in DC.
DC’s rules in this area are quite intricate, but basically DC won’t throw the book at a suburban guy who makes a simple mistake. But this was in the Capitol Building, which is a separate jurisdiction. I don’t know what the rules are there.
Did Lt. Byrd shoot the perp?
$5 he’s released without bail.
It’s deja vu all over again. The charges against Cory were ultimately dropped, but he never got his gun back.
Here I was hoping this was about the fags sodomizing in some meeting room
