It's pretty darn easy to make your own stuffing:

Cut up some bread.
Add salt, pepper, melted butter, poultry seasoning.
Stuff it into the turkey.

No, the real fight is not about stopping you from eating Stuffing, just the butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) that some industrial food manufacturer put in your foods for THEIR, not YOUR benefit.
