Vladimir Putin's new 'wonder-weapon' caused little damage when he unleashed it on Ukraine, satellite pictures show, despite Russian claims that a defence plant in Dnipro was 'erased to dust'.
Furious Russian pro-war military pundits are questioning if they have been misled by Putin's boastful claims over the 'unstoppable' Oreshnik.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iL7Hb0fcpbUNow I am scared: the New Oreshnik Missile Attack on Dnipro
Interesting video.
The system can fire six missiles, each with six warheads. The approximate impact velocity is about mach 10. It's destructive effect is akin to a very hard, very supersonic, gigantic bullet.
The Oreshnik can unleash the equivalent kinetic energy of 77 MK-84 2,000 lb general purpose bombs, or about two max loads of a B-52. Absent any explosive, it penetrates with great force and creates its destructive effect underground.
The morons at the Daily Mail show this ballistic missile taking a ground hugging path to the target and at the end rising up before striking down. The missile is able to reach over mach 10 so high up there is little resistance. It comes down powered by gravity. It's target velocity is mach 10. That is not achieved by ground hugging cruise missiles. No ballistic missile takes a path as described by the Daily Mail.

It is the fact that Putin demonstrated that the next one can’t be stopped.
...And how did he demonstrate that? Just because the Ukrainians with a hodgepodge of old air defense systems didn't hit it?

If the Ruskies are so dumb, how can they have this technology and the US not? Haven't we have given billions of tax dollars to the MIC.
This isn't very difficult. We've had this tech since what, 1970?
Modern defense dollars for research go into a wide range of programs. If you want to compare tech vs Russia, here's a couple for you:
How many flights did Russia's Space Shuttle manage?
What oceans do Russia's huge fleet of carriers sail in?
How many subs does Russia have running on a nuke?
Would you rather drive a Yugo or a made-in-Texas Tundra? (Yes I know it's half-Jap, but even the crappy US domestics are way better than Russian vehicles) Can you even name any Russian manufacturers?
How many stealth bombers half as good as the Nighthawk do they fly?
Where's their version of the F-22?
Ok, I'll admit their Artic icebreakers are better.
Where's their good bourbon? (And don't say vodka, they just drink tons of cheap crap)
What decent products can you find from Russia, anywhere? They export oil and crappy military vehicles, but what else?
And on and on.

“Putin’s boastful claims over the ‘unstoppable’ Oreshnik.”
Urinalists are so stupid. The message was the missile.

Rest easy all, Svartalfiar assures us there is nothing to worry about.

I think it’s an impressive system.
Unfortunately, I think we will see a more destructive demonstration, since NATO isn’t determined to begin WWIII before Trump gets in…
