Furious Russian pro-war military pundits are questioning if they have been misled by Putin's boastful claims over the 'unstoppable' Oreshnik.

So, I guess that’s it…it’s all over….Russia declares defeat and withdraws completely from Ukraine! ( Sarc).
Post war analysis will reveal it all.

If they’re expecting to see big craters they might be disappointed. The warheads are reportedly solid billets of a very dense metal. The hole it punches is very deep and possibly not very big in diameter.

Do you know what the material was in the the warheads?
It sounds like Tungsten .....at least that is what is used for large Armor piercing dense material for tank and APC rounds.

Back in the day was involved in micro meteorite impact damage research
Great fun.
It’s amazing how much damage a projectile the size of a grain of sand can do if you get it moving fast enough

Dunno. Probably not depleted uranium, though. That would make a Geiger counter tick, and that would be foolish in this era of propaganda programming. Tungsten is probably a good guess.

Oreshnik - Smorshnik
If the Ruskies are so dumb, how can they have this technology and the US not? Haven't we have given billions of tax dollars to the MIC.
And if we don't then why aren't we lying and say we do have hypersonics?
Must be embarrassing for Raytheon.

They only showed one section, not the rest. Guess why.
