Oxford anthropologist J.D. Unwin studied 86 societies and civilizations to see why some collapse and others don't.
What did he find?
That sexual debauchery leads to the collapse of a civilization within 3 generations.....

Leading indicator.
Look what happened to Germany during and after the debauchery of the Weimar Republic to see where perversion leads.
A bunch of Victorian retrogressive killjoy troglodytes!

In Naples, Italy there is a museum containing the artifacts from Pompei. Most of the artifacts are sexual. And that was about 70 AD. Though the Roman Empire did exist for a couple of more centuries.
I maintain those empires or strong countries that embraced homosexuality have a common adjective to describe them: former
**containing the artifacts from Pompei.***
I have two books I purchased years ago. Eros in Pompeii The Art of Pompeii. They have a great eye witness description of the volcano tragedy which is the only reason I bought them. Honest! Cross my heart!
I knew it was important.
Chasity until marriage and Monogamy reduces the number of sexless single males and the inherent evil it creates. As seen have in almost all mammalian groups.
Monogamous marriages raises more kids and does it better (see effect on the African American community running 70% single mothers).
It creates generational wealth. Etc
But DAM… I didn’t know the lack of it (and debauchery) signified imminent civilizational collapse.
Sparta lasted four centuries, as I recall...
You could argue Sparta was a part of Greek civilization, not an entire civilization, I suppose.
But yes, Judeo-Christian ethos resulted in more babies and more babies surviving. Over time, Christianity took over the Roman Empire.
This is of no surprise to anyone who has paid attention to history even a little bit.
24 Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,
25 because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature;
27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.
29 They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness.
They are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,
31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
32 Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.
Kama Sutra.
The moral rot in the USA advanced under democrat regimes.
It has accelerated since degenerate homosexual marriage was legalized by a 5-4 court order overturning the vote of the people in numerous states (including California) that voted to have marriage defined as ONLY between one man and one woman.
Democrat Party = NAMBLA
“So St. Paul was issuing a warning, rather than a prohibition.”
___________________________
Paul didn’t need to issue a prohibition; it was already discussed in the Old Testament (early records/laws).
He wasn’t even giving a warning to anyone.
He was simply stating fact about consequences.
Look at our society....one is a prude or worse to protest against any of it starting with the porn magazines.
I thought it started with brothels.
Loss of sexual norms is a terminal behavior.
Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. (Jude 7)
Saint Paul, must be very ironic to the homosexuals living there. I’ve often wondered since we are renaming military bases how long it will be before we start renaming cities and even states. Corpus Christi? Virginia? Saint Augustine?
