What is Trump’s secret? He seems to survive on four hours or less of sleep a night.
No human successfully ages. Humanity as a whole is 1-117,000,000,000 versus death so far.
So by not sleeping you will fail at aging, that is, not get all great and wrinkly. Deal!

My cat and I sleep 9 - 10 hours every night. I’m very old and she just turned 7, considered a senior cat now. I’m mentally sound, but she’s a nutcase.
If anyone has a good idea (that works) on how to sleep at least 7 hours let me know. I’ve tried everything! It has been years since I’ve slept more than 4 hours at a time. It’s exhausting!
Geez, the older I get, the worse my sleeping habits get. Right now, I have to get up every 1 1/2 hours to pee because of water pills. And then my neck gets in bad position and makes my arms go numb. And that is on top of all kind of other aches and pains.
Big problem for me all my life and for millions.

It’s that old “getting up in the night to pee” that is the fly in the ointment when it comes to sleep. Getting back to sleep is the issue.
