hinese-flagged cargo ship Yi Peng 3 crossed both submarine cables C-Lion 1 and BSC at times matching when they broke.
She was shadowed by Danish navy for a while during night and is now in Danish Straits leaving Baltics.
No signs of boarding. AIS-caveats apply.
Sounds like China stirring the pot to keep all their rivals bogged down fighting a proxy war while they sit back and laugh
So sorry, anchor too low…..
We are doing everything we can to provoke WWIII.
We ain’t gonna like what comes next.
The ship’s navigator is named An Khor Dwag. Sounds Chinese to me.
A PLA Navy ship disguised as a cargo ship.
Wat?
Here is a link to where the Yi Peng 3 is now, has been sitting motionless for a couple days now, with a Danish patrol boat alongside: https://www.vesselfinder.com/?imo=9224984
It is a Chinese registered ship but manned by Russians.
The Yi Peng 3 is a bulk carrier according to VesselFinder: https://www.vesselfinder.com/?imo=9224984
Maybe someone with a VesselFinder subscription can get more information.
And to think that many Freepers on this forum supported sending our manufacturing, technology, money, and tax base to China. To those who did, how are those “benefits to the consumers” working out for you?
Have you seen the prices on Temu and Ali Express?
That cheap junk is a steal!
I would still rather have a high paying job and pay more, if it means American workers paying into my infrastructure and military rather than China’s.
Ali express prices have jumped 50% or more the past few weeks. Still cheap, if you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks for your stuff.

I think that it’s an easy way for China to harvest credit card data from millions of people. Maybe it’s not true, but I’m suspicious.
What a Kwinkie-Dink, as a very brite 6 year old would say.
Pulling a drag-line cable cutter?
1 more cable yesterday and 3 more today.
Paraphrasing - If I had a nickel every time a suspicious ship drags her anchor and breaks a cable recently I’d have 7 nickels. That’s not a lot of money, but it is still weird that it happened 7 times.
