Pretty sure those are launches played in reverse, not impacts of incoming rockets.

They are clearly impacts, watch the fire. And I’ve seen this video with a timestamp elsewhere.

At least one sequence shows 5 ‘somethings’ hitting (or leaving as you say) one area. The problem that I have with your ‘launches’ is that the segment shows 5 simultaneous missiles MERGING TO A SINGLE MISSILE. I don’t think the video is reversed. That particular sequence was a MIRV-like separation before impact, IMO.
