Using a Sharpie to obscure the URL would be an easy fix.
Claimed to be a misprint and recalled immediately upon discovery - plausible, no-fault by Mattel.
Could be some shyte-head that intentionally wanted to harm innocent little girls [whether alone or part of a cabal, both equally likely] - plausible, possibly negligence by Mattel and I’d think an imprisonable offense by the perp(s).
LOL, I actually believe Mattel on this one. This is the result of DEI hires incapable of doing the most basic of tasks.
Oooooh, a BACKLASH!
Cyn (thia) Erivo.
Avoid.
Remember some years ago the local phone book listed the White House URL as “Whitehouse.com”
At the time it was a porn site. Made me laugh.
I took the bullet and checked so you don’t have to yourself. It’s pretty hardcore and also happens to be the company Stormy Daniel’s works for, according to their catalog.
Perhaps someone was trying to remind people of that disgusting bag of festering disease before the election.
*conspiracy hat off*
This is what occurs when you don’t have copy editors reviewing stuff before production...
Great job of viral marketing for the movie. Look at all the free exposure they are getting for the cost of having to re-package a few thousand toys.
Brilliant move by the marketers.
Yeah, a misprint, I’m sure. /s
If it’s Mattel, it’s swell!
For collectors the box will be worth more than the doll.
Boston sarc —-, that’s a wicked pisser, chief.—-
Just thinking about the controversy, girls being girls they will love the doll. Boys being boy will just go for the box.
