Never mind, the side with the Salisbury Steak has to be the garbage side. Here’s the definition from Wiki:

Salisbury steak is a dish originating in the United States and made from a blend of ground beef and other ingredients, being considered a version of Hamburg steak. Today, Salisbury steak is usually served with a gravy similar in texture to brown sauce,

It’s not even steak!

It's a frozen dinner.

Of course it is not steak.

Buy the frozen hamburger patties, the good 80/20 ones.
Throw 6 of them in a crock pot.
Add sliced mushrooms, sliced onion, minced garlic.
Then salt and pepper.
Add beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and a pack of French onion soup mix.
Let it cook for several hours.
Best Salisbury steak ever....

Not if you make it yourself. Frozen, yes, sucks outrageously.

Deep beef flavor with a dark mushroom gravy over soft mashed potatoes...tis most tasty.
