Incumbent and up nearly 10k votes the day after. The two week corrupt California "vote gathering " has her up only 200 votes and 7% left to count. She's done. What a fricking joke. Trump out performed 2020 by 15% and yet incumbent CA Republicans like Mike Garcia and Steele get wacked. SMH

You might reconsider your choice of words and retitle this as she is “losing” in CA, 45th Dist. This isn’t Kamala you know.

Has to be passed at the federal level..OR just enforce the constitution...which gives 24 hours to vote.
I was shocked to see that the constitution didn’t say states have to vote on the same day...but they do only get 24 hours.

Definitely fishy she’s in a conservative Orange County District -was way up until they started counting mail in mystery ballots she was way up ouspent 10 to 1 but even still she shuld win , please in new adminstration fix voter integrity
I would like to see Congress pass a law that mandates any state that does not complete their vote counting by midnight of Election Day... their Electoral Votes WILL NOT COUNT.
There are over two million votes not counted in California as of this morning.
Then they will just count the Dem districts early and leave the R districts to be disqualified due to being counted late
I said it before and I will say it again. They couldn’t rig the vote for Trump so they were going after the Senate and House.
That’s what happens when the GOP allows RATS to get away with the same corruption over and over.

California is a hot bed of vote fraud - ballots are handed out here like Halloween candy. Some of my neighbors got more than the number of voters in their household.
There is also vote harvesting, which is legal, and no ID necessary - the governor made it a crime to ask for ID in order to vote.
I live in Mike Garcia’s voting district, I thought he’d won and it was a done deal. Very, very sad to see - and I believe the election was stolen.
Trump needs to tighten up voting nation-wide.
There is nothing about parties in the Constitution, so the Rat party can be outlawed.
Trump out-performed because a lot of Democrats voted for him and then voted (D) down the rest of the ballot.
Happened in NY-14 where something like 25% of the voters voted for both AOC and Trump, leading AOC to reach out to her constituents asking, "Why did you do this?" and a whole bunch of them replying, "Because Kamala sucked."
Looks like the Magic votes are working in California...
