How many people still wear masks out in public.
I know a vanity, mods pull if inappropriate.
Yeah, one in a hundred seems right.
Not all are elderly white women.
In PA, there are still some people going about masked. Not many.
I know some people who wear masks (all women). They all have some kind of lung problem.
It is the wack job Alt Left new protest virtue signal. I plan to stare and laugh when I seem them
None. Unless they have an immune deficiency. Why do you care if someone else wears a mask?
Some cashiers still wear them. They’re on the front lines, so they may be double cautious.
On campus a few...mostly asians, around town 1 in 100 sounds about right.
I live NW Arkansas, Wal Mart ground zero. My daily WM trek revealed a half dozen or so elderly, and one HAWT young chick in her early twenties.
A few still wearing them while driving alone in the car.
It’s quite rare. When I do, I assume that they are ill (protecting others) or sensitive to something (immune-compromised?).
None here in central FL.
The place where they are still commonplace is in Japan. Pre-COVID, the Japanese wore masks when they had colds, to keep from sneezing or coughing on anyone, but the prophylactic mask use hasn’t stopped there since the height of COVID.
I see a lot of homeless and various drug addicts wearing filthy masks. They only take them off to smoke cigarettes.
Here on the San Francisco Peninsula I see a lot. Often middle-age to elderly Asians, but lots of young white kids, too. It’s probably in the 2% to 3% range, but they stan out so much that it seems a lot higher. I just shake my head in wonder.
Santa Clara County just re-instituted a mask requirement for all health facilities! I went to the clinic last week and the receptionist asked “Could you please put a mask on?” I replied “No.” She turned to get something and I thought she was calling security to throw me out.
Asian men, women and girls, lots of black people, and a very few white women and the occasional liberal male(almost said man). Every once in a while you run into someone who has a legitimate medical excuse but even then it isn’t helpful.

I’m in PA as well (Bucks county) and I usually see the workers at Costco, BJs and a few at Wegmans wearing them-—seriously, these people are completely ignorant.
A lot of Asians have been wearing masks since long before Covid.
In deep red NW Louisiana I see many wearing masks. Cancer patients (my wife was one) and other mostly elderly that are susceptible to catching various bugs are among the wearers. But the most wearers are blacks — in their cars while alone, while shopping, etc. Many, many blacks….
I assume they have AIDS and pull my kids away from them.
Also, I tell my kids that that person probably has AIDS.
