3 days old now, but X has no official title so a search is a hit & miss proposition but nothing was found for the title I used.
Anyway, Kansas AG announces that Kansas will be the first of 5 states that are filing a suit against Pfizer for deceptive advertising with their vaccines.
Thanks for posting this. Justice must be served.
Yes it does.
I should’ve shorted Pfizer stock The second DJT got elected. Didn’t even think of that.
Weren’t they granted immunity by the regime of tyranny biden?
Warp Speed was Trump's baby. Being a germ freak, he was easily had by the "medical experts." Right or wrong, COVID cost him his Presidency.
Trump isn't good at admitting error. We'll see.
No lawyer, but I remember being comforted by being told “fraud vitiates everything”; I do believe it was Trump who granted them immunity from prosecution; hopefully we will get the best parts of RFK Jr’s influence, and not the worst.
FRAUD VITIATES ALL CONTRACTS, so their Immunity is worthless and does not EXIST
When I was able to read some of the language in the Phizer contractual arrangement with vax administrators, doctors, hospitals, nurses, schools, etc., it sounded like those people and organizations would be totally exempt from any litigation arising from vax recipients experiencing adverse reactions to the medication
I took that to mean that people who got the vax and suffered consequences had NO recourse in the law. Actually, it's the main reason I decided against getting the vax. There are many reasons, but this was too, 'in your face' to suit me!
Indeed it was, perhaps the worst mistake of his Presidency. He apparently saw it as a way of clearing away regulatory barriers in the interest of a speedy way to inhibit the spread of a highly contagious respiratory virus (about which we were all subjected to a ton of bogus information re its lethality). I suspect it came from a mind-set similar to "right to try" (which IMO was a good decision).
Dang, he signed onto it? Thought it was Biden who did- Pfizer and ilk probsbly refused to create one unless they got immunity- unfortunately pres Trump went along with it I guess.
Kansas started this suit in June, why is this coming up again now?
Yes, but that does not extend to committing deceptive advertising.
I thought the same thing. It was a major factor in deciding not to get an experimental, unapproved injection.
Now we know we were right.
True. And Phizer will not release research data for 75 years!
Right...SO credible! 🙄 THAT has ‘kick me’ written all over it!!
I agree that Covid cost him 2020. Right wrong or indifferent, and regardless of what he did or didn’t do ,the chaos of 2020 allowed the Democrats to sleaze their way into the White House.
It sure does. And a very hard kick.
