I think he is pretty funny in a lot of things. But groupthink is a real thing. It helps his career to be that way politically. Probably Justine’s career has wound down enough that she doesn’t care anymore?

I've noticed several Gen-X actresses who have largely aged out of Hollywood and retired from acting come out for Trump. There was Kristy Swanson back in 2016. Since then she's been joined by Drea De Matteo, Justine Bateman, and this one really surprised me, Alison Lohman. This is just off the top of my head. I'm sure there's a lot more.
I also think this time around that we're going to see that coming out for Trump isn't going to be nearly as career-ending as it was for celebrities eight years ago. With a landslide popular vote victory, Trump-supporting celebrities won't feel so restrained or feel that they need to bend the knee to wokeism (now clearly deeply unpopular).
Maybe movies and TV shows will start being enjoyable again and not have to browbeat us with social justice?
One can hope!
