I know Seattle grunge, but I always liked the song.

Seems the " black hole sun" sucked up the radical lib democrats yesterday.

Flame away.

That was one really weird video.
What I imagine what an really bad acid trip would be like.

black holes have no flames.

I have always hated this song.

I don’t know why.

but it just seemed like if a black hole is a giant pit, than the son would be satan and this guy is begging for him to come through.

of course I could be totally wrong and the light bringer would be satan and in this case he would be asking for the 2nd coming, it is just so confusing.

not that I believe in black hole portals, chemtrails, or wuhan lab theories, certainly don’t think anything about the Kali statue in front of the lhc, except that I want one in platinum

but whatever.

Good band. But Audioslave’s first album was absolutely fantastic.

I'm a boomer who grew up musically in the 60's and 70's, when outstanding songs were appearing a dozen a month.

Black Hole Sun is my favorite song from the 90's by far. That decade was largely a musical wasteland IMO, probably no more than a dozen songs in 10 years that were worth the effort to listen to. But this one stuck in my head and years later when I got around to looking at the official video, I found that much of it was what the music had made me visualize. That's great stuff.

I loved everything Chris Cornell did - Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave, and his solo work.

Great song by my favorite rock singer. Cornell was the GOAT.

That was inevitable. The Dems seem to be “Black Sun” worshipers, aka Amun-Ra (Hidden Sun). Hitler was kinda fond of this ancient Egyptian god, Norse mythology and the occult.

Soundgarden was great, Chris Cornell (RIP). Peter Frampton’s cover of “Black Hole Sun” is excellent. Thanks for the post.
