The bark Albion Lincoln, of Harpswell, BIBBER, from Portland for Cuba, put into this port yesterday, having on board Capt. DRINKWATER of the ship Shooting Star, from New-York for Panama; Capt. PAPLEY and crew of the bark Mark L. Potter, from Banger for ship Island; Capt. COGGINS and crew of the bark Emma L. Hall, from Cardenas for New-York, all burned by the Confederate steamship Chickamauga, Lieut. WILKINSON, which left Wilmington on the 27th Oct. The M.L. Potter was burned Oct. 30; the E.L. Hall, Oct. 31, and the Shooting Star Oct. 31, in lat. 38°20′, long. 70°. The E.L. Hall, same latitude and longitude.

Capt. L.H DRINKWATER, of the ship Shooting Star, hence for Panama, with coals, which vessel was captured and burned by the privateer steamer Chickomauga, makes the following report:

Left New-York at noon, Oct. 29, and proceeded on her voyage with no unusual occurrence, until the 21st ult. When at 8:30 A.M. latitude 39° 10′, longitude 70° 25′, a steamer hove in sight, coming from the southward, and making for a bark which bore S.S.W. from us, and steering north by the wind; the strange steamer, upon nearing the bark, hoisted the rebel flag.

At 9:30 discovered the bark to be on fire. She proved to be the bark Emma S. Hall, Capt. GEO. W. COGGINS, from New-York. At 10 o'clock the steamer stood for the Shooting Star, which had made all sail attempting to escape the clutches of the pirate, but after a chase of three hours she was overhauled and ordered to send a boat on board the steamer. Another bark then heaving in sight, she made for her, practicing the usual deception of flying the Stars and Stripes until within gunshot of the victim, when the rebel flag was run up.
