Not all discrimination is bad. It means to discern rather than confuse, which is a good thing to do in most cases. I would think the ability to properly distinguish this fruit cake as a man instead of a woman is what most people do anyway before actually saying it. Anything less would just be unnatural.

This happened quite a few years ago when a guy sued Hooters
because they wouldn’t hire a man as a waitress. The guy lost and Hooters won so there’s already a precedence case.
