Fess up - that olive oil jones pops up every once in awhile.

The whole place is foul imo.

Yeah no thanks. I’ll stick to my cod liver oil infused coffee.

In my opinion.. HIGH PRICES are the REASON for Starbucks overall DECLINE in business.
To: Libloather
Not good.
Olive oil doesn’t work in coffee.

My grandfather was from Italy. He added brandy to his morning coffee to keep away colds. Apparently it worked for him. Olive oil must be more of a Sicilian thing.

Oily coffee? It must be spectacular in the sun...

“transformational way to enjoy our daily coffee.”
As long as we are using corporate buzzwords, is it SUSTAINABLE?

Sounds like it would loosen you right up.

They over roast (burn) the coffee beans.
Extremely dark coffee, made from extremely dark, over roasted beans
is not stylish, or trendy coffee - it is merely burnt coffee. Blech.
To: Libloather
I haven’t knowingly, personally ever patronized a Starbucks, but that sounds a whole lot grosser than I’d suspected.

Hey there there are those of us who like dark roasted coffee.
To: AndyJackson
When I want dark roasted coffee, I will buy a cup of good espresso.
Straight, unsweetened, unlighted espresso - Mmmmm.
Espresso is good, Starbucks swill is awful.
To: Larry Lucido
What benefits does cod liver oil have? I have heard it is really good for you.
To: rdl6989
Agreed. Absolutely terrible coffee served up with stale pastries at ridiculous prices. Their wild popularity is yet another of the many things about our society that I simply can’t understand.

I have not had any Starbucks coffee in over a decade, and then it was
because it was the only place open in the airport at 2AM, and I had to
drive several hours to get to my final destination after getting off the plane.
I needed the caffeine badly!
To: Cowgirl of Justice
I have no idea LOL. I just wrote down the first gross idea that came to mind.

Never liked their coffee, always tasted burnt. Their service was terrible too. In my experience, many who worked there had an air of overconfidence, unwarranted for a bunch of twenty-somethings who hadn’t accomplished much in life up to that point.

Trump should make a highly publicized stop at a Starbucks just to troll them. “Hey, I didn’t become a billionaire by overpaying for coffee, but the bathrooms are free to paying customers.”

Extremely dark coffee, made from extremely dark, over roasted beans is not stylish, or trendy coffee - it is merely burnt coffee. Blech. That is just one grade of coffee. Starbucks offers coffee at every roasting level, from very light "blond" roast all the way up to dark roast. They typically use the dark roast for the fancy coffee drinks, but if you don't like dark roast, you can ask for a medium or light roast.
To me, the light and medium roasts lack flavor. I just love dark roast coffee.
