I tried the glyciante, but it doesn’t seem to have as strong a ‘fatigue fighter’ effect as other forms, but it doesn’t cause upset innards as much so that is a plus-
Yeah i was afraid of that- dang- oh well, my search continues-
I feel for you, I’ve had it 4 times and fatigue was always the first indication. It went to my brain in all the cases I had. I still at times take some NAC. I will take a B-Complex vitamin from time to time and drink some tonic water with quinine.
Thanks for everyone who contributed. I did a little dive into Blood types this morning. If I was a bioweapon engineer I think this is where I would start. No conclusions, but it was still fascinating.
USA O+ 37.4%, A+ 35.7, B+ 8.5, AB+ 3.4, O- 9.8, A- 4.1, B- 1.5, AB- 0.6
China O+ 42.8%, A+ 25.5, B+ 25.8, AB+ 5.9, O- 0.7, A- 0.1, B- 0.2, AB- 0.1

“You can buy turmeric capsules at Costco and other places but they are super expensive and poor quality and don’t work. “
I have a different POV on that as I use commercial capsules with 95% standardized curcuminoids. They aren’t poor quality and they do work. Cost seems inline with other supplements.
If you have found something that works stick with it. If someone asks me for advice I highly recommend what we use. My SIL bought the Costco stuff and then after two weeks told us oh the turmeric doesn’t work. After two weeks on the organic turmeric she had a good result.
Costco sells various brands of turmeric with different properties including their house brand Kirkland which I use. I agree the Qunol brand is overpriced.
Also meant to say that turmeric really needs black pepper extract for proper absorption. Without that no matter what the brand the benefits are mainly going right through you. Most of the 95% curcuminoid products include the extract.
We mix pepper in with our tumeric. We’ve been doing this for over 5 years. We use only the highest grade tumeric. The stuff we take is very strong.
Sorry if I missed earlier replies…which turmeric did you find helpful? Thank you
We order organic turmeric in 1 lb bags online from mountain roseherbs.com
Thank you 🙏
