I would read that very literally. "General -- Bibi here. When Mr. Biden wakes up, you can tell him that Israel has attacked Iran. Our planes have been in the air for several hours now and our strike should commence in about ... oh ... 30 seconds. Just thought I'd let you know before we actually carry out the attack."
