This is to try to get the Wicked Witch of the South-East (Dale Sr’s widow) blocked from ruining a huge chunk of land from pristine terrain in to a industrial park. For her to make $$$$$.

After Sr died she pissed allover the real Earnhardt family by sueing them for using their last name on existing business like the manufactured homes, car dealerships and not doing what she was supposed to do with DEI, that was setting up for Jr and the rest of the team/employees/family to continue the NASCAR Quest, she wouldn’t even let Jr. have His #8 for the cars. And lots of other things to cause problems for the Real Family.
