A Walmart store in eastern Canada was closed for a third day Tuesday as police investigated the death of a woman whose body was found inside an oven.
Halifax Nova Scotia Regional Police said in a release that they were called at 9:30 p.m. Saturday to the store, where the 19-year-old woman was found dead inside a walk-in oven in the bakery department, KTLA sister station KSNW reports.
Police said they haven’t yet confirmed the cause and manner of death of the woman, who worked at the store, nor has her name been released.
However, the CBC reports that the woman was a member of the local Sikh community
...
Halifax Regional Police called the investigation “complex” and said it “involves several partner agencies.”

Me neither. The important thing about walking into a walk-in oven is to remember to walk back out

I presume the temp is lowered when you walk in? I don’t care for a 450 degree tan.

They have safety doors similar to walk in freezers and coolers. Very likely foul play.

I have seen a Cajun oven in LA, but never a walk-in oven. I guess it’s like a smokehouse?

LOL. Just think of how they would produce and
bake the thousands of small individual cookies
pies, etc you buy individually at the store or
restaurant. One at a time wouldn't even come
close to feeding the public.

Never seen a walk-in oven. They've had paint baking ovens in the automobile industry for years.
