It seems nowadays many teams get only 20 years or so out of a stadium , before it’s time to build a new stadium.

The real issue is no one wants to watch Deshaun Watson play football.

Disgusting waste of tax payer money. They should have put the roof on it when they built the present stadium, which by the way is good as new.

Sorry, but I couldn’t care less about the NFL, their millionaire owners, their prima donna players, or their fans wearing their $100 replica jerseys.

Maybe Baltimore will build a new stadium for the Browns.

He announced the news in a scathing Thursday press release in which he called the Haslams’ choice “driven by a desire to maximize profits rather than positive impact.”Shocking that business people want to make money!
OTOH, kinda surprising as the new Browns stadium is barely thirty years old.
But look at Atlanta.... in fifty years the Falcons have gone from Fulton County Stadium to the (now razed) Georgia Dome to Mercedes Benz Stadium. It's the nature of the business.

One of the worst thing to happen to Denver was the light rail passenger trains were ran into the suburbs. Every piece of scum and criminal finds their way out of the city now.

I am all for big sports teams going where they want.
I am not for any taxpayer treats to aid these multi-billion dollar teams to do it.
What they really do is they look for what state and or city will bribe them the most (paid by the taxpayers) to stay or leave. They are all wealthy enough and with enough revenue to borrow 100% of any stadium financing needs.
