Kamala Harris refuses to say what she’d have done differently than Biden — citing VP ‘tradition’

Ask again later.

Vice President Kamala Harris refused to answer Friday when asked for at least the fourth time what she would have done differently than President Biden.

Harris, 59, cited a nebulous “tradition” of vice presidents not being “critical” of their bosses when queried by NBC News reporter Peter Alexander during a campaign swing through Michigan.

“I mean to be very candid with you – you, even including Mike Pence – um – vice presidents are not critical of their presidents,” Harris began.

“I think that really, actually, in terms of the tradition of it and also just going forward it does not make for [a] productive and important relationship,” she added.

Harris was first asked the question earlier this month during an appearance on ABC News’ “The View” and gave a different response – which is now being used against her by the Trump campaign.

“There is not a thing that comes to mind in terms of — and I’ve been a part of — of the decisions that have had impact,” the veep told the all-woman panel on Oct 8.

Later that same day, Harris was asked by CBS late-night host Stephen Colbert: “You are a member of the present administration, but under a Harris administration, what would the major changes be, and what would stay the same?”

“Sure, well, I’m obviously not Joe Biden,” Harris ducked before adding: “So that would be one change in terms of – but also I think it’s important to say with 28 days to go, I’m not Donald Trump.”

You can't hide behind tradition when you are running for president.

She’s got a way out of everything, doesn’t she?

I’ve never seen a ‘campaign’ as stupid and disrespectful of the American people as this one is - or a news media that would let a candidate get away with this the way they’re letting Harris to do.

kommieLa is dumb as a doornail.

Barry Soetoro knows it.

Bill & Hillary know it.

Nancy knows it.

And George Soros knows it.

So why is kommieLa the Undemocratic Democrat nominee? Because George Soros tried to sneak kommieLa into the White House without success (so far). Democrat power-brokers told Potato46 that polls said he had virtually zero chance to defeat Trump, so they kicked Potato46 to the curb. They figured kommieLa at least had a better chance than Potato46. They would have preferred other candidates over kommieLa (e.g., Newsom, Shapiro, etc.) because they would have an even better chance than kommieLa. But one big problem -- the Democrat Party is the Party of Political Correctness. How dare they replace an Indian-Irish woman (with slave-owning ancestors) with a white male as the Democrat nominee (even with a short additional primary). Just can't do it. Gotta be politically correct always. So the DNC is stuck with kommieLa as its nominee, even though other potential Democrat nominees would have had a better chance to defeat Trump. The Democrats' PC loss is the Republicans' gain. Trump will definitely have a big mandate and there's maybe even a small chance of a landslide win. Thank God for political correctness! ... hahahaha! ... (cackle, cackle) ...

Actually, it is not that she has no idea of what she would do.

On the contrary.

She has a very good idea of what she is going to do, which is exactly what Joe has been doing.

You see, what they have been dong for three years(and zero for eight) is exactly what they want to be doing, and she has no intention of changing anything, IF elected.

Not a matter of being stupid (she may be) but simply that she plans on continuing everything currently going on!

“Sure, well, I’m obviously not Joe Biden,” Harris ducked before adding ... “but also I think it’s important to say with 28 days to go, I’m not Donald Trump.”

It wouldn't have been appropriate for kommieLa to make that statement with 27 or 29 days to go, but "with 28 days to go," it's quite appropriate for her to say that.

Also, I'm glad that kommieLa publicly pointed out that she's not Donald Trump and she's not Joe Biden. Until she pointed that out on Colbert, I always thought that kommieLa, Donald Trump and Joe Biden were one and the same person who just used different names depending on the situational context.

kommieLa is so highly intelligent. She deserves to be pResident ... of what, I don't know.

"I’m obviously not Joe Biden. And I’m obviously not Donald Trump.”

Could there possibly be anything more powerful than that to recommend somebody?

The president is not the VP’s boss!
The people that elected them are the boss
If the president were the “Boss”
Pence would have tossed that crooked
2020 election out.
Dipwads Democrats keep presenting as ethical
is why the entire world laughs at us.

There used to be a “tradition” that:
* You wouldn’t hire foreign nationals to create phony and salacious “dossiers” on a candidate.
* The opposing party wouldn’t pay for that trash
* The FBI would disclose evidence that could harm a candidate. They wouldn’t cover it up for years
* You wouldn’t impeach a president on phony, ginned-up charges TWICE in his first term
* You wouldn’t slap lawfare charges against a former president to cripple him and jail him.
* You wouldn’t get 34 bogus convictions on the phony charges
* You wouldn’t try to bankrupt your opponent during the election
* You wouldn’t illegally change the voting rules and regs in contravention of state conventions DURING an election
* You wouldn’t go from 70% voting on Election Day to 30% in one fell swoop
* You wouldn’t mail ballots to everybody in your state whether they wanted them or not
* You would reduce signature matching on mail-in ballots by 90%
* You wouldn’t attempt to remove a candidate from the ballot in 16 states
* You wouldn’t try to bring in TWO LIBERAL new states in violation of the Missouri Compromise
* You wouldn’t try to abolish the sacrosanct Electoral College
* You would create the National Vote Compact to end-run around the Electoral College
* You wouldn’t try to grow the Supreme Court to 15 seats by adding 6 new ultra-liberal judges
* You wouldn’t try to bribe black men with trillions of dollars from the treasury

And lots more.

Them hiding behind “tradition” is laughable and ludicrous.

She answered that question during a softball interview on TV.

When asked what she would have done differently than Biden she said she couldn’t think of a thing.

Oh look. It’s the Democrat-MSM hive’s latest rationalization.

Yes, and a weak one at that. The VP has one primary job - be prepared to take over as President, if the elected President dies or is unable to carry out the duties of the office. That's pretty much it, apart from some ceremonial stuff and the Senate tie-breaker thing.

As the VP to an elderly President that has a history of medical problems and who has been obviously in declining health for his entire term, you'd think Kamala would've had a simple position paper ready, spelling out which administration policies she intends to continue unchanged and which she differs on - and what different path she would seek, upon being sworn in. That's not criticism of Biden, it's merely the job she was supposed to do.

Of course, she has never done that because, well, other people are actually running the show. Why bother trying to be prepared, when the entire thing is a facade? That's the part that they hate about Trump, he points out how much of the federal government is a Potemkin Village.

““I think that really, actually, in terms of the tradition of it and also just going forward it does not make for [a] productive and important relationship,””

I’ll say what Governor DeSantis said to that female reporter Raddatz - “Do you listen to yourself?”

IIRC that was JD Vance not DeSantis who called out Raddatz.

But point taken, on how to handle a hostile anti Republican media.

Brandon “designated” ALL presidential duties and power to Knee Pads a month ago. The slag has essentially been president since.
And wasn’t she a Parr of every decision made? Somebody said that.

Absolutely right! The only way to stop “misremembering” is to STOP watching/listening altogether! Too much information daily!
