His comments regarding American Jews, himself being 1, unfortunately seem spot-on. Just look at the lineup in POTUS #46 JRB's admin - Anthony Blinken (SoState), Janet Yellen (SoTreasury), Alexandro Mayorkas (SoHS), Merrick Garland (SoJ), Avril Haines (DNI), Jared Bernstein (Chair of Economic Advisors), Jeff Zients (WH CoS). And there is the Senate Majority leader, Chuck Schumer.

Mr. Elias and his gang joined lawsuits in every case where the balloting was contested and got more than sixty of them dismissed on the basis of “standing,” without the merits of the cases being heard. This is Lawfare.

I'm still trying to grasp how the Supreme Court, in a fit of spinal failure, declared that a suit brought by MULTIPLE STATES TOGETHER had "no standing". What does that even mean? If a bloc of States aren't worthy of hearing where does any individual stand?

I believe Congress still retains the power to define the Supreme Court's powers and limitations. It seems it's past time to exercise that to insure it's staffed by people 1.who will do their jobs, 2.put the nation's interests above partisanship and 3.adhere to Constitutional rule.
