Caitlin Clark Trying Out a Different Sport with Stellar WNBA Rookie Season in the Rearview
Western Journal ^ | October 13, 2024 | Bryan Chai

Posted on 10/13/2024 5:39:24 PM PDT by george76

The reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year is taking a slightly different approach to her offseason than most of her peers.

...

Clark — the standout rookie who almost single-handedly turned around the historically moribund Indiana Fever franchise this past season — will compete in The Annika pro-am come November.

...

the penultimate event of the LPGA Tour, and it will take place in Belleair, Florida.

As the name of the event suggests, the tournament is hosted by legendary Swedish female golfer, Annika Sörenstam.

...

But it won’t just be her skill on the links that Clark will test out that weekend, as she’s also slated to be a speaker at the Women’s Leadership Summit, which will be hosted at the Belleair-based Pelican Golf Club.

(The leadership summit takes place a day before the tournament.)

“I love golf, so the opportunity to play in the pro-am for a tournament with a legend like Annika Sorenstam’s name on it is so exciting,” Clark said...

The precocious Fever star added: “I’m looking forward to seeing all the LPGA players on the driving range, being part of the Women’s Leadership Summit, and, of course, teeing it up in the pro-am with Annika.”

After her Fever were eliminated from the WNBA playoffs in a physical series against the Connecticut Sun, Clark had joked about becoming a pro golfer

....

Much in the way that Clark’s supernova popularity caused some WNBA teams to shift to their NBA counterpart’s arena to accommodate the fans, the Fever star’s fans are hoping that LPGA officials will reconsider broadcasting The Annika pro-am.

The Annika is slated to take place Nov. 13, with Clark’s appearance at the leadership summit being on Nov. 12.

I was wondering what Clark was going to do after liking Swift’s endorsement of Harris. Claimed it was to encourage voting, but I think that was a weak excuse.

Maybe she should try playing basketball in Europe...but I don’t know if there are any women’s teams there that can pay enough to attract her.

At least other players won’t be attacking her with extra long fake fingernails.

Caitlin Clark supports the Hairless/Balz ticket and therefore the destruction of America. Therefore she can shove that basketball where the sun don’t shine, if she can fit it in there alongside her head.

Golf will definitely give her a break from being assaulted by jealous, thuggish black lesbians.

The only women's' sport I'm interested in is top line tennis. For example the women's championship at the Australian Open, the French Open,Wimbledon and the US Open. I watch partially because I like watching tennis champions and partially for the short skirts.

Women's basketball? Sorry...not in *this* lifetime.

Where are all the feminists? Why don’t they support women’s sports?

With two major strikes against her, white and Christian, coming out as anything but for the Ruling Class might be the end of her. She might not even have to declare for President Trump. Just not supporting the Ruling Class/Harris might cause the left to organize and threaten the companies/advertisers that are already paying Clarke. The Left will attack, lie about anything and anyone. Let her get a few more years and millions under her belt, and like Danica Patrick, she can tell all the woke wokesters to pound sand.

She is an excellent women’s basketball player. Don’t look to her for political or personal advice. Your “dotty aunt Betty” might be a better advisor than Caitlin since we know so little about Caitlin.

If I’m Indiana Fever management/ownership you know what my problem is with Caitlin Clark? I don’t own a big enough gym. All I care about is that she shows up for work and plays basketball for me, because when she does 18,000 people show up and pay me as much as $3,000 for a ticket. In a couple of years I will have made enough money to buy a few acres around Indy and build a barn that holds 40,000. She didn’t state that she supports the Harris/Walz ticket, she sent a three-word tweet to Taylor Swift stating “I like that”. Taylor gets one vote, Caitlin gets one vote, you and I get one vote. A constitutional republic.

Have I missed anything?

A famous scholar in England about 200 years ago said, "Life's too short to learn German." I think life's too short to pay attention to women's sports (and especially sports that I don't follow when they are played by men).

She’s not just a basketball player, she is an influencer and she’s helping kaMAHla to drag the gullible towards demonic hell and America towards demise.

You ignore that for entertainment if you like. And her owner, he can profit from her and his money perish with him.

As for me and my house, we will serve the Truth, and speak out against Clark and the demonic cause she willingly serves.
