Philadelphia is in a blaze of glory. Union City and County ticket elected by eight thousand majority. RANDALL, Dem., elected to Congress in the First District; O'NPIL, KELLEY, MYERS and THAYER in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Districts, elected by increased majorities.
Pennsylvania will gain five Union Congressmen, sure.

Eleventh Ward, Democratic majority 488; Union gain, 72.
SECOND DISTRICT.
Tenth Ward of Philadelphia, (official); Union majority 1,132; Union loss, 94.
FOURTH DISTRICT.
Twenty-ninth Ward of Philadelphia, Kelly, Union, (reported) 200 majority; Union gain 279.
FIFTH DISTRICT.
Doylestown, Bucks County, Democratic majority, 37; Democratic gain, 26.
Doylestown, Democratic majority, 65; Democratic gain, 63.
SEVENTH DISTRICT.
Westchester township gives Broomall, Union, 539 majority. Union gain, 5.
Thirty townships in Chester County show a Union loss of 298.
Chesterborough, Delaware County, Union majority 150; Union loss 88.
Delaware County, Union majority, 1,250; Union loss, 200.
EIGHTH DISTRICT.
First Ward of Readling, Union majority 105.
Reading, Seventh Ward, Union majority, 90; Fifth Ward, Union majority, 51; Ninth Ward, Democratic majority, 39.
NINTH DISTRICT.
Lancaster, Democratic majority, 150; Democratic gain, 100.
TENTH DISTRICT.
The following returns have been received from the Tenth Congressional District: Pottsville, Fisher, Union, 479 majority. Union gain over last year, 35. Norwegian township, Union gain, 42.
Tamaqua borough, Democratic majority, 98; Union gain, 55. Port Clinton, Democratic majority, 11; Democratic gain, 20. Pottstown borough, Democratic majority, 171; Democratic gain, 37.
Union township 280 Democratic majority. Port Clinton borough, 11 Democratic majority.
Lebanon County gives 800 Union majority. Union loss, 200.
ELEVENTH DISTRICT.
Freemansburgh. Northampton County, 2 Democratic majority. Union gain, 3. Mauch Chunk, 100 Union majority. Union gain, 18.
Easton borough, Northampton County, Union majority, 35; Union loss, 5.
