An additional 120 alleged victims have now come forward against Sean “Diddy” Combs, including a man who claims he was only 9-year-old at the time of the abuse.
One Tuesday, Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based lawyer, stated at a press conference that he will be defending 120 new accusers who have now come forward to accuse the music mogul of a series of charges over a 20-year period.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the news conference. “Many powerful people … many dirty secrets.”
He also added that his team has “collected pictures, video, [and] texts” as evidence.
Buzbee said that the allegations include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, [and] sexual abuse of minors.”
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure we are right before we do that,” Buzbee continued. “These names will shock you.”
The attorney continued, claiming that over 3,000 individuals, who had to be vetted, came forward to his office with accusations against Combs. He also said that he plans to begin filing lawsuits in various states within the next 30 days.
According to Buzbee, 62% of the new group of accusers racially identify as African American, and the majority of them are from more than 25 states, including New York, California, Georgia, and Florida. Buzbee also noted that 25 of the accusers were allegedly underage when the incidents, which started in 1991, occurred.
Some of the youngest individuals who reached out to Buzbee were reportedly nine, 14, and 15-years-old at the time, when they fell victim to the abuse, the high-profile lawyer announced at a press conference in Houston on Tuesday.
“This individual, who was 9 years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records,” the attorney disclosed.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s own lawyer, Erica Wolff, commented on the most recent news regarding her client.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Wolff said in a statement. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
In an unsealed indictment last month, prosecutors in the Southern District of New York accused Combs of sex trafficking, racketeering, and providing transportation for prostitution.
Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has also entered a not guilty plea, according to his attorneys.
Combs was denied bail twice, but on Monday, the first steps toward an appeal of the bail decision were taken by his legal team, which now includes lawyer Alexandra Shapiro in addition to Teny Geragos and Marc Agnifilo.
Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who dated Combs on and off from 2007 to 2018, also filed a civil lawsuit against the music mogul last year, where she claimed that he consistently raped and physically abused her. Combs and Ventura settled one day later.
In May, a shocking surveillance video emerged that appeared to show Combs beating and dragging Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016. Combs later apologized for his actions in a now-deleted Instagram video.
Money, money, money... I’m pretty sure if you shook Diddy’s hand at some point, you may have been abused. They’ll be coming out of the woodwork.

There are so many victims it will take a while for the trial to run its course before Diddy is thrown in the joint. I wonder how he will fare there for the rest of his life?
When will they start naming the additional abusers? I want all the names published.

Anybody who pays attention to TMZ is getting their world shook right now. You know how everyone has been speculating about the JLo Ben Affleck marriage implosion earlier this summer? Allegedly, the Feds pulled Affleck aside and told him JLo was deeply wrapped up in this, so he bolted.
Meant to say Jay Z, not Dre. I don’t know if Dre is involved or not. But Oprah supposedly is.
