Is there no one in the mainstream media without a conflict of interest that somehow always favors Kamala Harris?
That's what we saw in the last badly moderated debate from two ABC News hosts, one of whom was a Kamala Harris college sorority sister, and both of whom declined to fact-check Harris, while doing a horrible job of that unasked-for task by targeting President Trump. There's also a whistleblower allegation that they kept certain questions about Harris's record from being brought up and gave the Harris camp a gander at what they would cover.

The husband of one of the two moderators in next week’s CBS News debate featuring vice presidential candidates J.D. Vance and Tim Walz appears to have made two donations of $250 apiece to the controversial Lincoln Project during the 2020 election.
Records from the Federal Election Commission show that Ali “Yado” Yakub, the husband of Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan, contributed on July 2 and Sept. 26 of that year to the anti-Trump super-PAC.
Voting records confirmed that the address listed was the residence of Yakub, who was registered as a Republican, and Brennan, who was registered as an independent.
Many have observed that registration offers no indication about political preference, with Democrats during the recent primary—in which President Joe Biden ran largely uncontested—frequently changing their party identification to vote against Trump.
Yakub also made contributions to ActBlue in 2019, including two that were earmarked for the primary campaign of future Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

Republican nominees must be the stupidest since bush. Every nominee whether they be bush , McCain , Romney and even trump should know by now that almost all media is against any and every republican
The left media will try to talk great about the Republican nominee they think has the better chance of being beaten during the presidential race. Meaning , the media will try nominating the weakest republican to the gop nomination

Every once in a while, a customer will enter a casino and win the jackpot but in the end, the casino always wins. The customer is addicted to gambling and keeps coming back. They know the game is rigged but they can’t help themselves. There’s also no consideration for the people who care about them.
That’s how I see these debates.
The Republican party needs an intervention.
Walz is a coach not a speaker. JD is gonna clobber him.
Walz wasn’t a coach in China. He will get some dirty zingers in. But, Vance will hit them out of the ball park.

That was part of the original 3 debate deal made between Biden and Trump. Trump had 2 debates, one against Biden and one against Harris, and now — according to the orginal deal — it’s the VP candidates’ turn.
These events are Democrat stage shows. They are not debates. Republicans should refuse to attend them.

But that does not mean that the 51% non-party affiliated are neutral. In polls, depending on the race, as much as 80% of journalists vote Democrat.
To answer your question, it’s difficult because most the MSM is biased for the left, and most journalists are not professional enough to keep their personal bias from showing. Maybe these journalists simply do not care because they pander to a certain reader/viewer and these people want to hear that - affirmation. Many people are not looking for the truth, they seek affirmation for what they believe.
If these folks were at least professional, truly attempting to stay unbiased and objective, we could get something that resembles a fair debate even if they have personal views that favor one candidate. But don’t hold your breath.
Vance is auditioning for 2028, and he knows it.
