States as far inland as Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana could see rainfall. Have these states never seen rainfall before?

Have these states never seen rainfall before?Extreme weather events are normal, but because they don't occur every day the media loves to pretend they do, you know, climate change.

Yeah, we’ve seen rain before in Indiana but we sure could use some right now.

I think in the context of the article, it means they will see rainfall from this particular storm.

Scroll back in time and look at the huge area that has been getting near continuous rainfall for the last 12+ hours the storm is not even on land yet. All that area soil is fully saturated there will be wide spread flash flooding.

Well, we don’t get excited or worried about rainfall like they do in California.

I am in Indiana and it has been awhile since we have had significant rainfall here.
we have had a couple short showers lately, but we could sure use some heavy rain.

The amounts forecast inland are really high, they aren’t used to this. It will cause a lot of damage.
