Not necessarily. Jury nullification is legitimate manager believes something is a mess. I wonder what the crime was in that case? I can think of more than a few criminal charges that I would vote not guilty no matter what evidence they had.

I can think of more than a few criminal charges that I would vote not guilty no matter what evidence they had. Well I can too, but i'm pretty sure this case is about a typical crime like robbery or burglary.
Jury nullification in the case of obvious and normal crimes is just jury interference with justice.
