Not necessarily. Jury nullification is legitimate manager believes something is a mess. I wonder what the crime was in that case? I can think of more than a few criminal charges that I would vote not guilty no matter what evidence they had.

Well I can too, but i'm pretty sure this case is about a typical crime like robbery or burglary.

Jury nullification in the case of obvious and normal crimes is just jury interference with justice.

If it was, I’m with you. But I never heard anybody say what the crime was. I just know there are plenty of crimes, are plenty of prosecutors with deeply unfair agendas that I would never convict for.
