Democrats know this too, which is why they are trying to consolidate and concentrate their power over the other branches. They now ignore Supreme Court rulings, and do whatever they wish. They ignore congress and its laws and rules as well. Democrats are waging a hostile takeover of this nation, and they are successful because they either own or controll all of the real power in the nation, ie
Social media, the MSM, police, fbi, ss, courts, judges, (most, not all), blm, lgbtq, and antifa do their dirty work, soros $$, etc
With control of those, they can ignore the sc, ignore congress and its laws, refuse to enforce the law when it benefits their agenda, enforce their own law when they want to fa,sely imprison their opposition, etc. They can beat people into submission or ruin them at will.
They are attacking the first amendment by going after what they call “disinformation “ (ie, anything they don’t like the sound of). They have repeatedly said that “noone is guaranteed an unconditional right to free speech”- and they mean that and they mean to take away the right to say whatever one wants, using the faulty excuse that “you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater”.
