Any way to make sure the genes don’t go into other tissues? Title is hyper optimistic ...will wait for further results with eye on how they will test out in humans....

IIRC near Infrared light approx 680 nm, can stimulate the chromatophores in our cells, that is, transfer light energy directly into our cells without glucose or glycogen or fat.
