A lot of people urged Peyton Manning to retire when he had those serious neck issues.
He came back, won a Super Bowl with the Broncos, and looks fine in his commercials for Draft Kings and many others.

This is completely up to Tua.
If he is cleared, he either plays or retires. No in between.

Mike Matheny retired early as a baseball catcher after too many concussions, from foul tips into his face-mask. But he was 35 and had a good career.

The NFL should retire him before he dies or is incapacitated for good on the field.

Did he have one of those Nerf Guardian caps over his helmet?
How soon will those be required for all quarterbacks?

It’s Tua’s life and Tua’s decision. But IMH and unmedical opinion, yes, he should retire.
